First Look... Grace Fit UK Guide

 I need to share this guide with you - yes, yes I know, I'm a sucker for fitness guides and apps but genuinely this is the best one I have tried to date! 

I first came across Grace when snooping on Instagram late at night. Her Instagram is great for inspiration & her youtube videos include workouts which you can follow. I started to incorporate some of the exercises that were shown in her videos in to my daily workouts which were great. 

When I found out she had created a guide to follow I had to purchase it, I had been slacking with my gym-workouts and hoped this would give me a boost. I have used a lot of guides before including The Body Coach, LDN Muscle & BBG and although they all worked really well for me I always seem to loose interest in things (tut tut). 

I chose Guide 1 (an 8 week guide) which can be purchased here at £35. You receive an email with a link that takes you to a PDF version of the guide.

I printed the guide and had a read through which made me super excited to start. The best part is you also get access to the 'AFLETE' app. This is a game changer for me. It's so handy to have this app in my pocket while at the gym, here's a little look at how the app looks:

I have used apps such as BBG & LDNM but this one seems to be working really well for me so far.

This app is also great for keeping track of your workouts. It tracks the overall number of sets and reps you have done and how long your workouts take.

 My goal at the moment is to build muslce. As you can see it's split up in to different sections (my favourite being the 'booty workouts'). There is also options for cardio (HIIT, LISS) and a selection of ab workouts.

If like me you lack confidence in the gym this guide is perfect for you - under each exercise theres a button which brings up a video show you correct form etc. Great for newbies and those who feel a little shy in the gym trying new things. 

I have been using this guide for just over a week now and my confidence has definitely grown while at the gym.

There's a lot of dudes that use my gym which can be intimidating but with this app in my pocket I actually feel like I know what I'm doing. I've also learned a lot of new exercises through this app, my butt was aching for days after the 'booty workout'!

Another cool side to this guide is you get access to a facebook group full of lovely ladies who are so supportive and are always on hand to answer and questions or worries you have.
