A Sunshine Smoothie!

Happy Friday everyone! 

I thought I would share one of my go-to smoothies on the weekend. 

What you'll need:

  • Almond milk
  • Mango, Pineapple & papaya (frozen)
  • Baobab powder

I blend these together in my beeeeautiful blend active and away I go! So easy and good for you 😍

Only recently I have started to use Baobob powder. I am a sucker for anything that is good for me that I can add to smoothies, a simple and easy way to get some goodness in to my body!

 6x more Vitamin C than oranges

2x more Calcium than milk and maca powder

5x more Potassium than bananas

 6x more Antioxidants than blueberries

  20x more Fibre than apples and 2x more than chia seeds

 1.5x more Iron than spinach
