Super Tea!

I have recently been using the Cute Nutrition Meal Replacement shakes for breakfast which I have been loving but on the weekends I like to mix it up ever so slightly! Smoothies have always been my favourite quick and easy breakfast before I head off to work. For this smoothie you will need:

Almond Milk

Banana, Lemon Grass, Kale & Mango
(this can be purchased already chopped up and frozen from Aldi - ulitmate time saver!)

A blob of honey (for sweetness, yum!)

& half a teaspoon Matcha Tea

I blend all these ingrediants together using my Blend Active - and ta da! A super quick and easy breakfast when you are in a hurry.

As you may have noticed  I have a love for all things green and healthy (I also love all things pizza shaped - everything in moderation). So I was really excited when I was sent this sample of matcha tea from Pure Chimp - half a teaspoon is the equivalent of TEN cups of green tea! Umm.. that's amazing. Have you ever drank ten cups in day? That would really be a challenge.

It can be used in all sorts of recipes such as baking, juices, smoothies (as above) or simply with hot water.

Pure Chimp boast that this product:

Boosts your metabolism
Clears your head
Steady energy levels
Is rich in skin-clearing antioxidants

Sounds good to me!

This 30g pouch is currently on sale for £4.95 which I think is great as I have purchased matcha tea in the past and it can get a little pricey. You only need 1g per serving so this will last a good while.

What are your favourite healthy products at the moment? Let me know in the comments!
