Vegetarian Chilli - Slimming World Friendly






What you'll need:
  • 2 large red chillies
  • Low cal cooking spray
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • Chopped garlic (two tsp)
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 chopped orange pepper
  • 500g quorn mince
  • Tin of chopped toms
  • Passata
  • Can kidney beans, drained
Spray a large, deep pan with the low cal cooking spray. Finely chop and add the red chillies, onion, garlic and peppers. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Next, stir in the quorn mince, toms, passata, kidney beans and 300ml cold water. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. 


Once cooked serve with boiled rice and enjoy!
