Primark - 'Beauty Blenders'

I had seen a bunch of posts raving about the Primark 'beauty blenders' so decided to pick some up when my Real Techniques one had died a sad death. The sponges are OK quality, I have tried wetting them and squishing them but the larger sponges are just too hard for me! I find they don't blend my foundation as well as the Real Techniques sponges do. Although the price is great personally I think spending that little extra on the RT brand is worth it as those sponges have never failed me. They are far better quality - soft and make applying my foundation super easy.

The tiny Primark sponges however are AMAZING! I wanted to pick something similar up in Sephora while I was in America but the price put me off. The Primark version have proved great - super soft and really help when applying concealer under the eyes, it blends it perfectly and helps cover any dark circles - blending the concealer in to my skin & foundation. I genuinely didn't realise how much I would rate this tiny product, it makes such a big difference when applying my under eye makeup!

  5. Im actually not too crazy about make up sponges, I have a RT one but I rarely use it. It's good for doing my contouring though! I may need to invest in some Primark ones when my RT one has run its course xx

  16. I've been experimenting with different beauty sponges and was wondering whether to try primary, so thanks for saving me the disappointment of the big ones! I'll definitely have to give the small ones a go for my under eyes though.

  17. I have a few sponges. I'd have to say beauty blender is my fav, and then RT and spectrum. I didn't know Primark sold any, I think I'll try the baby ones for my concealer, they sound like a good shout! xx
