'The Body Coach'





I started following +TheBodyCoachTV a while back, his recipes are amazing and his videos are quick, easy and funny! Here's a recipe I pinched from his Instagram page.


What you'll need

  • 3 eggs
  • Spinach
  • Bell Pepper
  • Chilies
  • Spring Onions
  • Mangetout 
  • Sweet Potato
  • Chorizo
Cube your sweet potato and bake in the oven for approx 20 mins.


 Next cut up your ingredients into small chunks.



 Mix together in a frying pan with spray oil and fry together with your sweet potato.


Next crack in your eggs, fry slightly then pop under the grill until the eggs are cooked! Just looking at these photographs from my desk at work is making me super hungry. It's extremely tasty and good for you (win-win) Just be careful with the chilies, I added two and it had a bit of a kick to it!
