Over Night Oats


Over night oats are a great alternative to porridge! Although, I feel the cold texture takes getting used to you can add as many ingredients as you like to create a tasty breakfast that can be prepared the night before.


What you'll need;

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Flax Seed
  • Honey
  • Almonds


Pour the milk and oats into your jar/container and mix together. Next mix in all the other lovely ingredients you've chosen. Cover and leave over night in the fridge. 
The next morning add almonds and honey, grab a spoon and enjoy!
