The Body Coach - 90 DAYSSS PLAN - My Experience

I'm sure many of you have heard of The Body Coach already but I thought I'd post a brief blog of my experience. After losing 2 1/2 stone almost 2 years ago (10 1/2 stone to 8 stone) the weight started to slowly creep back on. The weight gain wasn't so much an issue for me (oh, hello again boobs) but I decided I really wanted to tone up.

Over Night Oats

Over night oats are a great alternative to porridge! Although, I feel the cold texture takes getting used to you can add as many ingredients as you like to create a tasty breakfast that can be prepared the night before.

What you'll need;

  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Flax Seed
  • Honey
  • Almonds

Pour the milk and oats into your jar/container and mix together. Next mix in all the other lovely ingredients you've chosen. Cover and leave over night in the fridge.
The next morning add almonds and honey, grab a spoon and enjoy!

For more inspiration (and over night oats that are a little prettier than mine) have a look at my Pinterest page where I am pinning all the lovely recipes I come across.

Sports Wear Wish List

Just a few things I'm lusting over this month. That Rita Ora jumper dress is doing all sorts of things for me .
It would take five pay days to come all at once before I could afford all these but a girl can dream right? SIGH!

'The Body Coach'

I started following +TheBodyCoachTV a while back, his recipes are amazing and his videos are quick, easy and funny! Here's a recipe I pinched from his Instagram page.

What you'll need

  • 3 eggs
  • Spinach
  • Bell Pepper
  • Chilies
  • Spring Onions
  • Mangetout
  • Sweet Potato
  • Chorizo
Cube your sweet potato and bake in the oven for approx 20 mins.

Next cut up your ingredients into small chunks.

Mix together in a frying pan with spray oil and fry together with your sweet potato.

Next crack in your eggs, fry slightly then pop under the grill until the eggs are cooked! Just looking at these photographs from my desk at work is making me super hungry. It's extremely tasty and good for you (win-win) Just be careful with the chilies, I added two and it had a bit of a kick to it!
